  3. GIFPUB dithers any colored GIF picture or ANY viewable 320x200x256 picture
  4. with VGACAP (included) or any BLD/PLT file made with VGACAD, EGA2VGA, SQZGIF
  5. or MAC2GIF.  It uses error-distributed dithers to create Black & White PCX
  6. files with greatest possible grey scale limited only by you printer
  7. resolution and picture.  Variable Brightness/Contrast Stretching. Variable
  8. sizing (up to 2KBx2KB pels).  Output PCX files can be imported to Ventura
  9. Publisher, Aldus Pagemaker (rename PCX to PCC), Publisher's Paintbrush,
  10. First Publisher and PC Paintbrush+.
